Herefordshire Primary Care Out of Hours Service	Surgery telephones are manned from 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Outside of these hours telephone 0845 600 8182. Text phone users needing to contact a doctor out-of-hours should call 18001 0845 6018803
