The Breast Cancer Haven charity aims to support the physical and emotional needs of anyone affected by breast cancer, by offering free up to date information, counselling, etc. to meet the needs of the individual before, during and after medical treatment for breast cancer.

Carers Caring Matters - a charitable organisation. The site is supported by the Department of Health, and offers information and advice for "family carers and the disabled relatives they care for"

Dietary Advice The British Heart Foundation can provide low fat diet sheets; a 'best diet information booklet' for people with high blood pressure is available from the Blood Pressure Association; and diabetic patients can obtain dietary information from Diabetes UK
Disability Able - (previously Herefordshire Dial) This is an extensive site providing an A-Z resource database for covering Access to Benefits Leisure and Employment for people with disabilities.
Domestic Violence Women's Aid - an excellent site that concentrates on ending violence against women and children. It can be visited without registering on your computer that you have done so.
